Butterfly Trans Barbados, alongside partners such as ECADE and Equals, supported the advocacy that helped bring national attention to the need for legal reform and equal protection for LGBTQ+ people.

Butterfly Barbados provides support for trans and non-binary people navigating daily challenges – from accessing healthcare and mental-health services, to workplace discrimination, housing instability, and social exclusion.
